One year!

Hello Friends,

I have loved reading blogs from our friends near and far, and decided it was about time that Micah and I started one to keep people updated on our lives. When I told Micah about this idea, he said "don't you already have a blog?" to which I said "yes, it was a picture blog though and now I am sick of it, so I am not doing it anymore, duh!" Chances are high that Micah will not post on our blog, but I will hopefully keep you up to date.

This weekend we will be celebrating our One year anniversary. Its a pretty big milestone, at least I think so. Its amazing to think of all the things we did this year, we moved into an apartment together, Micah graduated college, Micah got a job at Ace, we bought a car, and we have even paid off a little bit of our college debt we have acquired. Also, Micah turned 22, and I turned 24 (yowza!) Its been pretty busy!

I have been really enjoying playing with my camera, and taking photos of all kinds of things. I was asked by Zeeland Ace Hardware to take some photos of the managers and the store for them.  I loved taking pictures of the paint, it was fun with so many shapes and colors!

Micah has most recently joined the Ace Soccer team. They play 8 games in a few weeks. They have been having a lot of fun, despite a few injuries, and no wins. Micah has managed to stay in one piece, but I have gotten increasingly worried about what we would do if Micah breaks his leg. So far so good, and they are halfway through the league. Micah even scored a goal in their first game of the season.

Well, I have to get to work, but Hopefully, we will continue to update this about our lives, and be able to read and share your lives with you!
